FORAY INTO ENGINEERING

During my time at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries, one of my key achievements was acquiring a solid foundational understanding of industrial tablet encapsulating and capsule coating machines. I gained hands-on experience with the operation, setup, and basic maintenance of these critical machines, which are central to large-scale pharmaceutical production. Through close observation, active participation, and mentorship from experienced technicians, I developed a working knowledge of encapsulation processes, coating techniques, machine calibration, and standard operating procedures. This experience significantly enhanced my technical competence and deepened my understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), precision control, and quality assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

HONING AND SKILL MASTERY

My time at CHI Industries marked a significant phase of professional growth, technical maturity, and increased responsibility. Building on the foundational knowledge I had gained earlier in my career, I was able to further deepen my expertise in industrial production systems, process optimization, and equipment performance management. My time at the Oyo State Airport was both challenging and revealing—a period that tested my adaptability and reaffirmed my growing mastery in industrial engineering. In the midst of operational constraints and less-than-ideal working conditions, I remained committed to applying my skills with precision and professionalism. Despite the limitations, I actively engaged in facility operations, workflow assessments, and equipment oversight, further refining my ability to optimize processes, manage technical systems, and uphold safety standards under pressure.

This experience, though brief, gave me valuable insight into the realities of public infrastructure, the importance of sustainable engineering practices, and the need for resilient, forward-thinking professionals in complex environments. It was during this time that I began to reflect deeply on the future of industrial practice—and my place within it.

I am working on a platform aimed at training and mentoring young professionals and interns, especially those in technical, industrial, or pharmaceutical sectors. Having been shaped by my own rigorous training experiences, I believe in equipping the next generation with practical knowledge, soft skills, and industry exposure that bridges the gap between academia and real-world practice.

I intend to develop a project centered around process optimization and operational documentation, particularly for small- to mid-scale organizations that struggle with compliance, efficiency, or internal structure.
